We back up our clients' learning and empowerment, with thorough documentation, software/system procedures and checklists, all available via our private knowledge base.
System Onboarding & Training
We support our clients with onboarding and training for the systems that they commission us to build for them, and complimentary hardware support if anything is misbehaving after an installation.
We also offer current or ongoing training to clients, so that they can get the most out of their tech investments.
Family Computing & Content Moderation
We carefully listen to clients when they ask for help with keeping their kids safe online, and we’re happy to collaborate on various combinations of solutions for these concerns, including web navigation education for kids, network-level content, app activity filtration, and related alerts for parents; kids’ Wi-Fi scheduling, and other informed, harm-reduction approaches.
Support & Maintenance
We fully support our client’s installed systems for at least the first year post-deployment, with software and firmware updates, system tuning and refinements, etc. Due to the rapidly-changing nature of the various technologies and systems that we deploy, we tend to keep ongoing client relationships active for many years, while the client gets the most out of the systems we build for them.
We care about clients and their outcomes, and our relationships with our clients come before any affiliation with brands, suppliers, or service providers.

Custom Software Development
We also perform full-stack web development and build custom hardware-software integrations for clients. We work with modern open source software tooling and workflows, web languages, and frameworks, such as Git, JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB, React, Express, Vue, etc.
