Our Story:
VMS was founded in 2009 by
Ashley Theiss, a young entrepreneur from West Vancouver, BC.
Ashley started helping her family and friends with Mac, PC, and home theater problem-solving, but she soon realized that there was a great demand among family friends for her help.
2009 was a year of learning curves; improving our offerings, making client communication and service refinements, and building out our small business infrastructure.
Come 2010 and 2011, we've rapidly become a "go-to" technology resource for dozens of households on the North Shore.
We're local.
One of our key advantages over our competitors is the fact that we live and operate locally within the community. This means that we're always "on call" and available, often in as little as 15 minutes! This keeps our availability high for our clients.
We're in it for the long-haul.
Although we're a relatively "young" service provider in our local market, our priorities are not centered upon fast client turnover. We're here to strengthen our domain expertise, build long-term relationships with our clients, and
severely enable their learning curves.
